We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using React with exposure to Java, Spring Boot, and other modern technologies. You will also be responsible for guiding a team of developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and delivery of the projects. You will collaborate with other team leads, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

  • Implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Design, develop & maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and other modern technologies
  • Integrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs, JSON, etc
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using JUnit, Selenium, etc
  • Work with our DevOps team to improve our CI/CD pipeline
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Lead a team of offshore developers, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure the quality and delivery of the projects
  • Optimize the stack for performance, security, and scalability within new projects and existing code
  • Follow best practices and coding standards
  • Document code and functionality
  • Contribute to component library to ensure robust component-based framework

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or commensurate work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JS
  • Must have worked with Java/C# to integrate back-end
  • Experience with web development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Maven, etc.
  • Experience with databases such as PostGres, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
