THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

• You’ve developed a strong reputation for being the go-to person in your previous teams for technical knowledge, mentorship, and advice.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
• An ability to deliver well-designed, high quality and robust solutions.
• Pragmatism to balance short term delivery focus with longer-term objectives.
• You have full-stack experience (our platform currently uses C#, .NET, React, Node and Azure).
• You’ve built out CI/CD pipelines and have gone through the process of optimising them for speed and quality of delivery.
• You’ve developed experience in coaching/mentoring developers.
• You love to learn! Whether from books, blogs, those around you, or giving it a go. And you are happiest when you can have an impact and Love Your Work!

We are looking for a Senior Developer to drive the development of MYOB’s SaaS platform. This platform serves accounting, payroll and compliance needs for SME (Small & Medium) businesses.
You will join a collaborative, multi-functional agile team building user experiences and improving workflows that allow our SMEs, partner accountants and bookkeepers to have an Easy to use, connected and reliable accounting software.
As a Senior Developer, other technologists in your team will look to you for your experience, mentoring and guidance. Relying on your previous experience and expertise, you will work cross-functionally to overcome ambiguous problems and architect solutions for building outstanding software.
