The role
In HelloFresh, the Foundations Alliance builds the tools, services, systems, and infrastructure that development teams across the company use on a daily basis.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Foundations Alliance, your primary focus will be on developing our developer portal and engineering productivity tools. Your role is critical in ensuring that our engineers are equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively achieve their project objectives while adhering to best practices. You’ll play a key role in enhancing developer adoption and satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

What you’ll do

• Buildtools to optimize engineering productivity
• Architect and manage intuitive development tooling for hundreds of engineers
• Advocate for best practices in platform and backend development
• Design blueprints and support engineers to implement them

What you’ll bring

• You have good knowledge of the whole software development lifecycle
• You have experience with Backend (Golang/Python)
• You have experience with Frontend (Typescript/React)
• You have strong user centricity mindset
• You have strong experience working with cloud (AWS), and containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• You love to automate things using technologies like Terraform
• Nice-to-have: You have experience in a large-scale build/release engineering environment
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Developer Portals i.e. Backstage.io
