About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists within the Digital Services Branch, specifically in the Application Services under the Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD). IMTD is dedicated to providing innovative and integrated ICT systems and information management services and support. The Application Services function involves evaluating and delivering process improvements, managing system changes, providing testing expertise and services, planning and delivering support services, and overseeing application lifecycle management.

The Senior Functional Analyst role focuses on conducting business and systems analysis, testing critical systems, and contributing to business analysis and quality assurance activities. The role involves:

• Understanding integrated IT systems within the environment.
• Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of client processes.
• Conducting software quality assurance and testing activities.
• Contributing to business requirements analysis and preparation.
• Providing expert advice and support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Business and Functional Analysis or related experience on high-complexity ICT projects.
• Accreditation with Working with Children in relevant services.
• Qualification in Business and Functional Analysis such as CBAP or similar (Desirable).
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Desirable).
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Systems or similar (Desirable).
