Large PE firm looking for technically strong candidates to join the team

Financial Accounting

• Maintain an effective accounting, finance and tax function, including preparation of monthly and quarterly financial accounts and management reports for Fund Manager
• Perform sub-workstreams leading up to monthly financial closing including but not limited to
• Timely booking-keeping, cash reconciliation expense allocation and vendor payment
• Process both corporate card and cash reimbursement for all employees
• Process the intercompany settlement for amount paid on behalf of Fund entities by Fund Manager
• Cash management - Monitor cash positions overall liquidity by performing accurate monthly cash forecasts
• Ensure controls are in place and accounts are accurate on a daily basis, providing clear and accurate management information to support decision-making
• Prepare weekly and/or monthly ops deck to be presented to Managing Partners
• Prepare payments for Fund Manager, Fund & SPVs
• Work with external auditors for yearly audits for Fund Manager, Fund & SPVs
• Support Financial Controller on investor transactions such as fund subscription, capital calls and distribution processes
• Perform Fund accounting and NAV calculations
• Assisting with development of budgets and analysis on variances to budgets
• Manage multiple workflows to ensure deadlines are met, this includes planning and coordination with tax advisers, auditors, legal counsels and banking personnel
• Ensure operations related to subscription financings like loan draw, interest payment, repayment, and financial covenants run per timeline and business requirements

Risk, Legal and compliance

• Compliance of statutory and financial regulations, including MAS regulatory reporting
