Cobalt is thrilled to collaborate with a renowned Fund Consultancy, seeking an Assistant Manager Fund Administrator to support their growth in Luxembourg. You will join a friendly multinational team, work closely, and gain exposure to an impressive portfolio in the Private Equity and Real Estate industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, a Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Extensive experience within a similar role in Real Estate or Private Equity.
- Experience with the development and coaching of others.
- To have a proactive, disciplined, and detailed focused attitude.
- Fluency in English. German and French desirable but not essential.
- Experience using Investran.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and develop client relationships, serving as the primary contact for Fund services.
- Coordinate and organize board meetings and statutory gatherings.
- Supervise the preparation of meeting minutes and legal documents.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Contribute to the enhancement of operational procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with external parties including banks, notaries, and legal advisors.
- Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records for statutory filings and documentation.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff and trainees.
- Implement escalation procedures when necessary.
