Description:
JOIN US. LET’S CARE FOR TOMORROW.
At Allianz Global Investors we foster a culture of professionalism, fulfilment, and an inclusive working environment. Do you want to be part of a leading active asset management company? Then join us now!
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Fund Setup Team as part of Distribution Operations in Europe in the light of several regulatory and internally driven initiatives (e.g. ESG).
In this role you will be in charge of supporting the planning and implementation of product initiatives on our Luxembourg fund range. This consists of new product launches, changes in the existing product range (e.g. changes to product specifics, mergers, liquidations) as well as regulatory and internal initiatives. The role will be based in Luxembourg.
Please note that the successful candidate will have to provide us with a valid criminal record. This is required for permanent employees in Luxembourg, but not in case of internships.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the contact person for internal and external partners regarding product initiatives
- Prepare and implement regulatory documents required for product development and product lifecycle management (e.g. preparation of prospectuses, shareholder communication, merger plans, etc.)
- Contribute to regulatory and internally required project initiatives
- Act as the interface between internal teams — including Operations, Finance, Legal, Products, Investments, and Distribution — as well as service providers and regulatory authorities
- Ensure execution in compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements
The role includes the opportunity to support cross border projects. You will be part of an expert team, collaborating closely with colleagues in an international environment.
