• Publish 2D and 3D GIS content to ArcGIS Online and create web maps.
• Mapping of project constraints and development of tender quantities.
• Plotting maps.
• Automation of GIS tasks.
• Python and other coding languages

THE ROLE

The Senior GIS Analyst role at Bielby is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management and development of our GIS infrastructure. We seek a proficient GIS professional who can maintain our current projects while also contributing to the setup of new initiatives. This position is ideal for someone experienced in GIS, eager to shape its role within our organization, or an intermediate-level professional ready for increased responsibility. The successful candidate will possess strong GIS skills and be prepared to guide and support our growing GIS team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead GIS project setup and act as the company’s primary GIS Subject Matter expert.
• Manage Bielby’s Esri account.
• Provide advice to tenders and projects on GIS implementation.
• Provide training for site teams to ensure effective GIS utilization.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project GIS deliverables.
• Manage ArcGIS Online portal, including content (2D & 3D), access privileges and licensing.
• Work with Design, Survey, BIM and project teams to streamline data capture, sharing and presentation.
• Interpreting client and project/ tender requirements and developing budgets, resourcing and plans to suit.
• Manage project GIS deliverables.
