Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
With a strong pipeline for future growth, Red Earth Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their Brisbane office at 108 Bowen St, Spring Hill QLD on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will bring a high level of technical expertise to manage a diverse range of projects across the mining and infrastructure sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with clients and other team members to deliver a high standard of project outcomes.
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring technical excellence, budget control, schedule compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare technical deliverables, proposals, and reports.
- Support Engineer of Record (EoR) with goal of becoming an EoR.
- Complete detailed analysis and reports.
- Mentor junior engineers for project performance and career development.
