The Procurement team “Capex & Facilities” within Procurement Indirects at Beiersdorf Group is an international team of Global Category Managers covering the categories Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Machines, Facility Management, Facility Services and Energy Supply. We are responsible for providing Procurement support to our global portfolio of production centers, distribution centers, management units, and facilities across 150 affiliates worldwide. Dealing with high investment volumes and strategic demands, our team requires individuals with strong strategic procurement and project management skills.

• In this position you are responsible for definition and deployment of global strategies, SC roadmap and strategic Project Procurement tasks in CAPEX & Facilities Categories
• You are accountable for active management of supplier relationships and contracts for the full category spend against the overall target to maximize the Procurement value contribution (e.g. project timeline, return on investment, cost development, supply security, improved services, innovation) leveraging the full range of options available in the market
• In your Senior Procurement role within global footprint projects, you are responsible for compliance, standardization and continuous improvement of methods and processes, stakeholder management and a strong and sustainable interface towards demand owner and Procurement community
• You take functional leading roles of experts / specialists in global and regional procurement and category business and actively identify and implement development potentials. In addition to this you drive functional capability building and know-how sharing across the Procurement community
