About the Role
As the Senior Global Digital Marketing Coordinator at Rhino-Rack, you will be responsible for driving our online revenue across multiple brands and regions. That includes managing all digital marketing channels to drive quality traffic to the websites and implementing strategies to enhance the overall e-commerce experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to maximize online sales across all our digital platforms for Rhino Rack, MaxTrax, and TRED.
  • Work closely with performance agencies to oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels including but not limited to paid search, SEO, programmatic and display advertising, affiliates, and email.
  • Collaborate with agencies to identify and propose website enhancements and features. Oversee A/B testing for these enhancements to continuously optimize conversion rates. Focus on refining site navigation, advancing product discovery, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience, all contributing to a substantially improved online customer journey.
  • Implement a robust weekly reporting system for key metrics, analyse data to derive actionable insights, and recommend strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
  • Own weekly top-line and monthly deep dive into key performance data and website metrics, insights, actionable recommendations and initiatives back to the ecommerce team, leadership team and broader business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, ecommerce, IT, and external agencies to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Assist in the development of new customer Lifecycle & Automation Programs within Hubspot to deliver the CRM Objectives for each brand.
  • Develop and maintain CRM-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement growth strategies to drive our global E-Com business for Rhino Rack, Maxtrax, and TRED, focusing on market expansion and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to gain insights into customer needs and monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the brand team to oversee the creation and management of engaging product content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all channels. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative e-commerce solutions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience driving growth and revenue through digital marketing, preferably within the retail or automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliates and social media.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and customer journey management.
  • Proven proficiency in managing campaign delivery and agency relationships.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, swiftly providing solutions with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Looker Studio, Search Console and Microsoft Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
