As a Senior Global Learning and Development Manager, you will be crucial in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs for a global organization. You will collaborate and support worldwide learning and development professionals to ensure the organization’s workforce has the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve business goals and personal growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least six to eight years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience in learning and development in complex global environments, with a track record of managing global programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse and changing work environment.
  • Prior experience with a distributed workforce and exposure to best-in-class L&D from other organizations of similar size and stage of transformation; Global matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Superior consulting skills, collaboration with key stakeholders and regional L&D leaders to ensure consistency and alignment of learning initiatives across the organization’s global offices.
  • Multi-lingual skills will be a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French)
