REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in training or related function, preferably in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience creating compelling graphics and user interfaces with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  • Experience within a retail learning and training environment to include analysis, design, build, delivery, evaluation of a range of training programs for retail
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, needs analysis, modern learning formats, learning design and evaluation methodology
  • Demonstrated experience delivering learning experiences through a variety of formats including in person instructor led; virtual instructor led; self-directed learning paths and advanced facilitation
  • Highly influential, engaging and persuasive in communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to develop tactical action plans to accomplish objectives
  • Project management expertise, ideally with experience rolling out training plans, including all training logistics and budgets
  • Experience managing content, registrations and reporting data in a Learning Management System- preferably Workday
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban, and experience in delivering products using these frameworks desired
