ABOUT BAXTER’S INFUSION THERAPIES & TECHNOLOGIES (ITT) DIVISION

We are seeking a versatile individual with a strong marketing background and expertise in, healthcare, digital health, or medical devices to support existing and innovative products that help to eliminate the risk of preventable harm.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and drive the strategy and execution of products used in drug preparation and compounding. Responsibilities include developing global commercial plans, implementing key marketing initiatives and supporting the delivery of overall financial results.
  • Lead commercial activities for product development working closely with R&D, quality, regulatory, medical, manufacturing, regional and country-level marketing to identify and prioritize user needs through a variety of methods including customer visits, advisory boards, market research, etc. using BioDesign process.
  • Develop cases and financial models to support new product development and investment activities.
  • Prepare launch plans and work with regional and country-level marketers to complete launch readiness and implementation. This includes development of value propositions and promotional messaging to position.
  • Will develop and drive multigenerational platform strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Analyze product data, voice of customer and market trends to identify and generate new business opportunities, define product requirements and assess business development opportunities.
  • Review and evaluate the healthcare landscape and trends to proactively identify and mitigate threats to existing portfolio and development pipeline.
  • Deliver successful product management throughout the product lifecycle, including product improvements, compliance, new market entry and discontinuation.
