Senior Go Developer

We invite a Senior Go Developer to become part of our remote team and collaborate closely with our customer team on their Open Source project.
This role will position you as both an open-source contributor and SRE striving to enhance the software product. To succeed, you will need to draw on your strong Kubernetes knowledge, your proficiency in the Go language, and your sound understanding of cloud and container architecture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Go Developer and an in-depth understanding of Kubernetes
• Proven expertise with Google Cloud Platform
• Advanced capability in Systems Engineering (Linux)
• Exceptional communication skills and the proficiency to clearly explain complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
• Background with batch scheduling technologies such as ray.io, spark, or similar, considered as a significant benefit
• Proficient English language skills, at least Upper-Intermediate level, to enable seamless communication with the team and stakeholders

• Direct interaction with the customer team to comprehend and evaluate their needs
• Proposal and communication of professional solutions to the customer team
• Leading the implementation and open-source contribution of the project
• Effective communication via official Kubernetes SIG channels and teams
• Involvement in innovative and outside-the-box thinking to guarantee successful project completion
