Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control programs and processes and also risk management policies and standards,
- Fast learner, able to go into a different business / function for each engagement and learn the current state and identify opportunities
- Ability to see different sides of an issue, synthesize large amounts of information, build intellectual frameworks to guide analysis and examine the full range of options for action
- Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills and capability to remove obstacles, and recommend implementable solutions
- Strong presentation, facilitation and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project delivery skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing workstreams for high-risk, high-visibility, large-scale projects
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in making decisions
- Solid experience and proven record in working closely with senior executives. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence senior executives and articulate challenges and solutions
- Excellent team player with demonstrated collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship management skills and a proven ability to engage colleagues, business partners, and other stakeholders to define and execute on shared/common goals
- Able to manage significant ambiguity and constantly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to stay energized, productive, and focused in the face of challenges or strenuous demands, creating a supportive environment that helps others
