Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of bank policy and compliance requirements relating to areas such as data privacy and retention, information security, content approvals, model governance, complaints, and the like.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations pertaining to consumer financial products and payments
  • Experience creating and implementing controls, monitoring those controls for effectiveness, and gathering and retaining evidence of compliance
  • Comfortable and competent with generating clear and concise documentation, with an ability to tailor the message and level of detail to the target audience

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic individual to fill the vital role Senior Governance Lead on the Digital AI business team, overseeing a number of governance processes and routines to ensure effective management of risk, compliance and control requirements in support of strategic business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Pay Range for Charlotte, North Carolina: $120,400 - $250,00 annually
Pay Range for New York, New York: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
Pay Range for San Francisco, California: $138,500 - $287,600 annually
