We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Lorna Jane HQ located in Eagle Farm.
About the role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will elevate the Lorna Jane brand aesthetic by designing compelling visual marketing collateral, engaging and converting our customer. Working within a close-knit team, you’ll work alongside the Graphic Design Manager to lead and upskill the team.

This role will see you…

• Working alongside the Graphic Design Manager to lead the Graphic Design team, assisting in areas of upskilling and promoting creativity.
• Working closely with the Marketing team to create creative and engaging designs.
• Presenting and developing new ideas and design concepts to continually increase customer engagement and connection globally and to position the Lorna Jane brand as a design leader.
• Creating original content through graphic design and illustration as required.
• Reading and understanding received briefs to commence the design process, liaising design concepts with stakeholders.
• Fulfilling the design brief by creating high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines.
• Design and execute collateral in support of creative campaigns.
• Reviewing designs and crosschecking the work with the original brief to ensure requirements have been met and that no errors are present.
• Contributing to the creation of motion graphics and video for the business across all global platforms to increase customer engagement and connection.

Your profile…

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Graphic Design - preferably in the retail/fashion industry
• Previous leadership skills is highly desirable
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic motion/animation skills desirable
• Understanding of current design standards and trends
• Experience implementing and creating style guides
• Strong photo retouching skills
• High attention to detail/proofing skills
