We are seeking passionate sustainability goal oriented individual with a background in Graphic Design or a related field who is keen on diving into the world of Brand and Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine their technical know-how with a burgeoning passion for design, to drive automation and efficiency across our Marketing Channels. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to leverage their technical skills in the fast-paced world of re-commerce and digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and art direction of advertising campaigns for paid channels (e.g. social media, programmatic and print ads)
• Consult and guide the design creation for organic social media assets
• Support the Creative Lead on photo and video shootings
• Maintance and evolution of brand assets and visual content library with photos, illustrations and video
• Mockups of marketing oriented landing pages and email campaigns
• Guardianship of brand visual guidelines, for both internal and external partners
• Connect, brief and give feedback on visual matters for freelancers and agencies
• Support with the creation of templates and mechanics for automated assets
• Creative support for corporate images and assets (presentations, signages, merchandising, reports and other public-facing materials)

Fluency on standard graphic design software, in particular Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

• Experience in design for branding, marketing, editorial, advertising and/or communications
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms
• A-Level communication skills, focused in problem solving and bridging gaps between disciplines and teams

Good to have, either experience or deep interest in developing:
