Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to join our Group Controlling team. As a senior specialist, you are motivated to play a vital role in driving the ESG data consolidation and coming CSRD data compliance including setting up and securing limited assurance on ESG Data. You will work as part of the Group Controlling team with close collaboration to our Group Sustainability team, as well as actively contribute to operational activities within the Group Controlling team.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ESG experience from a global company and/or consulting.
- +3 years of experience from a global accounting/consulting firm.
- Knowledge of IFRS (financial as well as ESG), ESRSs and/ DK GAAP is a plus.
- Preferably possessing a strong financial toolbox as well as having the ability to understand new legislations etc.
- Proactive, communicative, and service-minded with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, capable of converting insights into effective execution.
- Business-level proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Take a lead role in building the data consolidation system for financial and ESG data used for our coming CSRD compliant reporting as well as defining and updating the accounting policies needed for this purpose.
- Drive the EU Taxonomy linked reporting as part of our CSRD compliant reporting.
- Drive the collection, analysis, and interpretation of group ESG data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in the preparation and monthly reporting of KK Group ESG-figures
- Be the go-to-person for ESG group reporting, accounting policies or other CSRD reporting challenges
- In collaboration with cross-functional teams create detailed assessments to identify and prioritize key ESG metrics relevant to secure the sustainable business transformation.
- Support tax and procurement on CBAM compliance by bringing assessments on implementation implications
- Take lead on ESG data assessments and secure integration of acquired companies related to the ESG data and reporting.
- Dialog with our external auditors that will provide assurance on our ESG-indicators
- Stay abreast of trends, regulations, and best practices related to ESG disclosure and reporting (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CBAM, CSDDD etc.)
