CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in business, human resources or a health and safety-related discipline, an asset;
  • Previous experience with health and safety procedures and policies, an asset;
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to manage multiple files and projects simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of their duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in unionized workplaces;
  • Creation of presentations and training capsules.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and extract weekly reports for health and safety teams in Quebec and Ontario;
  • Manage and analyze health and safety results and data;
  • Ensure that the Prevention Department’s documentation is kept up to date;
  • Train and support users in the proper use of internal health and safety systems and applications;
  • Collaborate regularly with various departments within the company.
