THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the business-critical physician and clinical roles across North America and the US. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, qualifying, and securing top-tier, highly-skilled talent to meet the growing demands of our company.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity and overcome challenges with an agile mindset. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry.
