Based in Anchorage, Alaska you’ll have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your design expertise to lead transportation related projects. You’ll interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You’ll solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. You’ll play an important role in mentoring our less experienced staff using your knowledge and experience. We want you to be empowered to deliver the best and boldest solutions for everyday living leading functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality leader.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Focus)
- At least15 years related experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer License (PE)
- Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience
- Strong Civil 3D or InRoads background
- Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
