Description:
- Well established company
- Basic $3,300 - 4,000 + Mobile Allowance + AWS +VB
- Working hour: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
- Working location: Tuas (West Side)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource ManagementAt least 3-5 years of working experience similar HR role
- Familiar with the MOM regulations, Employment Act, Progressive Wage Model and HR practices
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment , from job posting, resume search, cold calling, pre-screening, interview, selection and job offer, work passes application
- Liaison with outsourced payroll vendor for employees’ wages, leave and claims matters, government-paid leave claims, NS men claims, foreign employees’ tax clearance and employees’ yearly income tax.
- Work closely with the line managers to identify employees’ competencies and gaps, and training needs, and coordinate with the line managers for the training course schedule
- Handle work pass application, cancellation and renewal, respond to MOM work passes matters and government agencies surveys matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by the management
