Senior HR Advisor, APS6

The ACMA is seeking dynamic, collaborative, self-motivated, results driven individuals at the APS 6 level, who can work autonomously providing support and expert advice on a range of complex HR related matters including employment entitlements and conditions. Utilising your expertise and knowledge in HR and employee relations fields, you will be required to develop, review, and update industrial instruments, employment related policies, procedures, and delegations. Candidates will require excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear and accurate advice, developing manager capability and organisational understanding of employee policies, practices, and procedures across the business.
