As the Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will perform HR generalist functions providing guidance to managers and employees for varied HR activities such as compensation, benefits, performance, employee relations. You will support the HR Manager to deploy and ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, tools and processes and operations in meeting the business and people needs.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Build and maintain relationship with employees and managers and provide HR advisory on a range of HR queries such as compensation and tax queries, benefits and insurance, performance, employee engagement and relations, inclusion and diversity.
  • Support the HR Manager to contribute positively to the HR function as a whole, through building effective partnerships within the function, and assist with opportunities to lead the roll out of HR initiatives, HR projects and staff engagement programs.
  • Proactively develop, organise and execute HR initiatives and activities to support business goals and maintain employer competitiveness and employee engagement.
  • Provide advice on and conduct performance management plans and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, provide data and trends analysis for management review.
  • Attend to employees’ queries and needs promptly in a professional manner.
  • Play an active role to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Provide local HR support for country or countries defined within scope of responsibility.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned by Manager or Head of Human Resources Asia.

You will report to the Human Resources Manager.

SHARE YOUR TALENT

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant HR studies
  • Proven experience as a HR Generalist or similar in a corporate environment
  • Accountable and able to ownership of own work, proactive and take initiative in HR assignments
  • Excellent interpersonal & analytical skills, organised and attention to details
  • Must be knowledgeable in Singapore Employment Act and legislations for a variety of HR matters
  • Good MS Office skills in Excel (intermediate), Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
