Reporting to the HR Team Lead, the position of Senior HR Advisor at Centurions is a pivotal and hands-on role, offering expert and dedicated operational HR support to our esteemed leaders, fostering a collaborative environment that is essential for our sustained business growth and success.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification in human resources or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with managing employee grievances and performance issues
• Demonstrated understanding of NES, employment legislation.
• Previous experience with multiple enterprise agreements will be highly regarded.
• Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Provide managers with employee relations advice to comply with company policy and legislation
• Support managers in the grievance and performance management processes
• Undertake formal HR enquiries and investigations
• Liaise with the Fair Work Commission in relations to unfair dismissal and general protection matters through preparation of responses and associated paperwork
• Contribute to the review of a range of Human Resources policies, practices and procedures
• Lead the annual employee engagement survey process and other HR initiatives to support engagement, development and retention
