ABOUT
We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to going a local Perth University, located South of the River. This is an 18 month contract, working within a team.
Responsibilities:
This position is a true generalist position, with focuses on employee relations & case management. This role will also include:
- Partnering with line managers to address P&C needs
- Promoting and planning people activities to create a strong culture
- Providing practical coaching and support
- Identifying and implementing improvement measures
