As our client’s business experiences rapid growth, we’re thrilled to announce an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Partner to join their team in Canning Vale. We seek a candidate deeply passionate about the pivotal role human resources plays in an organisation, thriving on a hands-on/grassroots approach, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee relations throughout the company. Helping to establish the HR processes within the company you will be supported by an HR graduate, allowing you to develop your own leadership skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing and coordinating human resources projects and initiatives.
  • Leading the analysis and reporting of key HR metrics, providing insights for business units.
  • Provide accurate and timely guidance and assistance on employee relations and industrial relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution.
  • Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department, focusing on innovative HR processes and practices.
  • Offer specialist coaching and advice to senior leaders on a broad range of people management topics, emphasising the creation and sustenance of engaged and high-performing teams.
  • Develop and implement robust and fit-for-purpose resources to support leaders and employees in navigating HR matters.
  • Facilitate professional development goals and training needs of staff, both internal and external
  • Support workforce compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health legislation, policies, and procedures.

Skills and experience required:

  • Substantial experience in delivering and overseeing contemporary HR processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in people leadership, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Adherence to values-driven, safe, and supportive leadership principles.
  • Track record of successful collaboration, influence, and relationship cultivation.
  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous.
