Description:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established Logistics company based in South East Sydney - travel involved.
Our client, a global Logistics company is seeking a National HR Advisor to support managers with HR practices across Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is wanting to develop their skills within a global organisation and get more involved in Enterprise Bargaining.
This role requires national travel, including to sites based in Queensland and Melbourne and offers remote working 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
The HR Advisor will support with the end to end employee lifecycle and will be responsible for:
- Coaching and guiding managers on best practice HR
- Advising on ER/IR matters including dismissals, conflict resolution, performance management and misconduct
- Supporting managers with Award interpretation, EBAs, policy interpretation and changes to Employment Legislation
- Supporting managers with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Supporting with the implementation of global and local initiatives
- Collaborating with the wider team on HR projects, including L&D projects
