SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role
- Tertiary or Vocational Qualification
- Experience with emp0loyee development
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor, to work in a very hands-on role covering all HR functions within a highly regarded HR team.
DUTIES:
- Employee engagement
- Building relationships with and advising managers on HR.
- Building relationships with and advising employees on HR and training and development.
- HR legislation and policy.
- Interpret award entitlements terms and conditions in changing workplace and relations environment.
- Provide onsite support to the recruitment process by assisting with onsite interviews and liaising with Brisbane office
- Compiling data and preparing HR reports
- Participating in adhoc HR projects and initiatives
