Description:
Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES:
- Working with the HR Operations team on a range of analytical tasks to support the various Communities of Expertise (COE) including Talent Management Reward and Employee Relations.
- Collaborating with Global People Services to inform and monitor data quality and integrity across all HR data sources.
- Experienced user of Workday reporting functionality, with ability to upskill inexperienced users.
- Work with large data sets and analytic tools for reporting. Including but not limited to formatting tools, formulas pivot tables and macros to an advanced standard.
- Triangulate workforce intelligence from a range of systems to support the identification of potential workforce efficiencies.
- Ownership for HR reporting requirements, including but not limited to employee data, headcount reporting, HR KPIs and self-service dashboards, compensation and, benefit reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, organisational structures, and workforce planning.
- Developing and maintaining a bank of self-service reports available to the HR team and wider business to enhance data driven decision making.
- Providing data analysis to identify / forecast trends and preparing and presenting the narrative and recommendations to stakeholders using appropriate presentation tools that are accessible to all audiences including non-data experts.
- Managing the data and reporting requirements associated with regular or ad hoc processes e.g. annual compensation review, benchmarking, benefits participation (reward statements, P11d), and pension enrolment.
- Creating benchmarking data, providing intelligence, research, and insights for managing ongoing market, competitor, and trend data gathering activities.
- Process internal recruitment / offer process in Workday.
- Acting as a lead within the HR operational team to support with the audit of HR processes and policies to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
- Acting as an early adopter and key user of all HR information systems and new technology, driving performance and data integrity to the HR team.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities with a view to driving HR process efficiency and continually enhancing employee experience
- Representing the HR Operations team on business projects and programmes as required and providing expertise and recommendations.
- Ensuring robust data management processes and protocols are in place in line with policy and data security standards.
- Supporting wider HR operational team with completing administrative tasks as required.
