REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, ideally you would have experience working in a complex matrix MNC organization structure and thrive well in HR business partnering and overseeing HR operations, managing the day-to-day employee life cycle journey and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with DHL Supply Chain (DSC) APAC senior leaders to develop a HR agenda that closely supports the overall strategy of the organization.
He/she is responsible for providing HR support and advice to the DSC APAC Regional Office HR leaders in the areas of HR including talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, HR policies development and local legislative guidelines that contribute to successful business outcomes.
He/she leads the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives for the APAC Regional Office. In driving service delivery, the HRBP works closely with the leads from the Centres of Excellence (COE) as well as internal and external service partners in ensuring a positive employee experience and support the HR digitalization roadmap and change management.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE RECRUITING FOR TWO (2) HR BUSINESS PARTNER ROLES. THE SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND CHINA ENTITIES, WHILE THE HR BUSINESS PARTNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ONLY THE REGIONAL OFFICE ENTITY.

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field, HR certification would be advantageous
  • 6 - 10 years HR experience in a MNC environment
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
  • Experience managing end to end HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive team player, able to take initiative as an individual contributor and work cohesively with the HR community
  • Meticulous and able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines
  • (For the Senior HR Business Partner role) Business-level proficiency in Mandarin and/or HRBP experience for employees based in China is essential
