Binance is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support several of our teams globally.
This role can be based anywhere in APAC/MENA timezones.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7-15+ years of progressive, multidisciplinary HR experience, ideally, within international Tech and/or Crypto companies.
- Business level English. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders in the company.
- HR experience in organizational design, talent development, performance management, business consulting, C&B, recognition programs, culture, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent acquisition, employee relations.
- Extensive experience in people programs and best practices - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business.
- Deep knowledge for the labor law, ideally, within multiple regions.
- Working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, facilitating performance evaluation, and data consolidation / management of employee workload balance.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities. Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of complex strategy discussions.
- Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with your function to offer solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals.
- Work with Centre of Expertise teams to address business HR related problems like Org Design, C&B, Performance and Talent Development, employee issues for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function.
- Implement and contribute to Global HR initiatives global HR strategic initiatives and improve processes as HR team member.
- Coaching, consulting, impacting clients to make sure to move the business forward with HR compliance.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Consult and offer advice and drive improvements within your partnered teams.
- Provide guidance and input on department structure, workforce planning and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
- Work as the contact point to bridge HR and business team to provide day to day HR support to business.
