Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen manager competency in people management and managing performance.
- Coach people managers regarding HR practices that are contemporary and effective.
- Recommend, assist, contribute to the development, and implementation of relevant HR strategies to ensure our people are recognised, developed, retained, rewarded, and utilised most effectively.
- Support leaders with the development and implementation of organisational structures and people strategies which support the achievement of business targets.
- Monitor adherence to the Individual Performance Management process and take remedial action where required.
- Identify employee relations issues and work with managers and the Senior HR Manager (East Region) to develop and execute solutions.
- Participate in specific HR projects as required.
