Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING:

As Brother Canada’s Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing people strategies, collaborating with executives, leaders, and the Culture & Talent Management team to enhance organizational performance. We are seeking a dynamic person dedicated to continuous improvement, capable of addressing talent challenges, including succession management, leadership development, and workforce planning.

YOUR ACCOUNTABLE TO:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and take the lead in identifying, developing, and driving key people strategies in collaboration with management and leaders to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with Managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential by identifying, understanding, and articulating talent challenges and solutions.
  • Be the advocate that foster’s our culture of challenging spirit and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with management to ensure excellence in our management practices that to lead to positive employee experiences.
  • Lead the discussions and associated actions around succession management and talent development initiatives.
  • Analyse and use performance metrics and data (eg surveys, interviews, etc.,) to generate insights and determine actions for improvement.
  • Working with business units, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Use your expertise to help leaders and their teams navigate complex employee relations issues and organizational change management.
  • Ensure operational excellence in processes, delivery, and execution.
