We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Senior HR Business Partner to join us in Human Resources. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner wishing to actively contribute to the execution of the HR strategy by working closely with C-suite stakeholders in delivering their people plans. This role will have initial alignment to our Risk & Compliance division as well as the Internal Audit division.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic People Partnering you will be tackling the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges at a strategic level and partnering with the business unit senior leaders to co-create value-added HR solutions. You will be working alongside a team of high performing HR Business Partnering peers holding equivalent portfolios.
We’re looking for an individual with the ability to identify and create ways for HR to support the business strategy. You will develop clear, actionable ideas and solutions that enable delivery of the Bank’s new strategic blueprint. If you believe this opportunity is right for you, we would love to hear from you!
