Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in HR business partnering
- Possess excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
- Proficiency in Workday added advantage

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals
- Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and attract top talent. Assist in the selection process and provide onboarding support to new hires
- Leads initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stays up-to-date on changes in legislation and proactively address any compliance issues
- Utilizes HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Supports organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to managers and employees and helping to manage resistance to change
- Communicates HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees and managers. Serve as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration
