REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in HR business partnering
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
  • Proficiency in Workday added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals
  • Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and attract top talent. Assist in the selection process and provide onboarding support to new hires
  • Leads initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stays up-to-date on changes in legislation and proactively address any compliance issues
  • Utilizes HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Supports organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to managers and employees and helping to manage resistance to change
  • Communicates HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees and managers. Serve as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration
