We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Tietoevry Create Sweden

As an HR Business Partner, you will in alignment with our people & culture agenda implement & drive relevant initiatives in collaboration with our business leaders and employees. The role is primarily hands-on and covers a wide range of tasks, such as (examples);

  • Driving people and culture initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and retention
  • Sparring and coaching leaders and managers in various people related matters
  • Supporting the leaders with change management
  • Handling employment related matters in a way that is aligned with our collective agreement, company values, ethics, and at the same time ensuring legal compliance
  • Support in the creation of, and implementing HR strategies, processes, and policies in alignment with our business objectives
  • Being an integrated part of the Nordic HR team, and working in cooperation with HR colleagues in Sweden, across Nordic and globally to develop, improve, and implement HR processes and procedures.
  • If/when required some (HR) administrative work tasks and reporting.

In the role, you will report to Nordic HR Head, and be a member of the Create Sweden Leadership Team. Worth mentioning about Tietoervy’s HR structure is that we also have a separate centralized HR support function (ASK HR), with the responsibility to manage an absolute majority of all HR admin and payroll related inquiries from employees.

What will help you to succeed in the role?

  • Successful track record of at least 5+ years as an HR business partner (or similar HR role) preferably in the consultancy/IT industry in Sweden
  • Ability to work from both strategic and operational point of view
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of Swedish labor law and proven track record successfully managing various employee related situations and matters, including union negotiations
  • Highly people oriented with a proven ability to build trust
  • Proactive and collaborative way of working
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and complex environment
  • Professional fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral
  • Experience using MS Excel as a tool for running reports/analysis, and familiarity with a professional Human Capital Management System (Workday = an advantage)
  • University degree, preferably within human resources or equivalent
