ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to join our team within a dynamic technology company. This role is pivotal in managing HR operations, supporting the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and facilitating HR initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, process onboarding and contractual changes, and manage employee records.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process from contract signing to first-day activities, including week-one check-ins and probation process facilitation.
- HRIS Management: Manage queries and troubleshoot issues related to the HR information system (Bamboo), escalating when necessary.
- Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processes, manage employee benefit programs, and liaise with benefit providers.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment cycles for interns and contractors.
- Compliance and Documentation: Support compliance with immigration regulations, track employee visas, and ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed.
- Culture and Environment: Nurture a positive working environment and act as a ‘culture carrier’ across the company.
