Responsibilities

  • Manages employee relations issues and provides day-to-day performance guidance to line managers.
  • Collaborates to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity.
  • Offers HR policy guidance and input on restructuring, planning, and forecasting.
  • Utilizes social media and data mining for talent acquisition.
  • Partners with line managers for interviews and engages in study grant sponsorships.
  • Facilitates internship programs and manages onboarding/offboarding
  • Prepares HR letters and oversees work pass applications.
  • Assists in HR projects and prepares vouchers and certificates.
  • Identifies learning needs and reviews employee development.
  • Coordinates with external providers, evaluates programs, and ensures learning objectives are met.
  • Implements annual learning plans and conducts internal programs.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field of studies
  • 3 years of relevant experience as a HR Generalist
  • Proficiency in diverse human resource domains, encompassing compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws.
