Responsibilities:
- Lead the full spectrum of HR, administrative, and facility functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Effectively communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement.
- Drive the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers for successful staffing.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of training and development programs.
- Identify opportunities for career growth and succession planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct periodic compensation and benefits surveys for market competitiveness.
- Support the performance management process, including setting objectives and conducting appraisals.
- Provide guidance on performance-related matters to managers and employees.
- Generate HR reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain employee records.
- Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations for HR practice compliance.
- Assist in investigations and audits related to HR matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
