Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Review, implement and maintain all policies, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure all labour and employment legislations, regulations and policies are complied.
  • Partner with business units to drive strategic initiatives & programs.
  • Provide advisory role on all human capital related activities.
  • Review and formulate strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent.
  • Develop and implement effective learning and development programs and initiatives.
  • Lead performance review, succession & talent development planning.
  • Lead and deliver HR transformation projects to create a high performing and inclusive workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Well versed in employment laws and hands-on experience in payroll.
  • Able to assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able and comfortable to work with a diverse work force.
