Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead and Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Review, implement and maintain all policies, processes, and systems.
- Ensure all labour and employment legislations, regulations and policies are complied.
- Partner with business units to drive strategic initiatives & programs.
- Provide advisory role on all human capital related activities.
- Review and formulate strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent.
- Develop and implement effective learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Lead performance review, succession & talent development planning.
- Lead and deliver HR transformation projects to create a high performing and inclusive workforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Well versed in employment laws and hands-on experience in payroll.
- Able to assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able and comfortable to work with a diverse work force.
