Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in HR, People & Culture, HR Operations, or People & Organization, preferably in the e-commerce or startup sector or an agile environment
- In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws, with a commitment to staying updated
- Positive mindset, openness to change, efficient handling of complex tasks, and comfort in a lively but slow-grow environment
- You take ownership and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive approach to challenges, and forward-thinking
- Empathy, tact, a high level of service orientation, and proficiency in at least B2 level German and English

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. Responsibilities:
As a multi-brand eCommerce group we are seeking a challenge-driven Senior HR Manager / Generalist with a passion for tackling all HR-related challenges and inquiries for our multi-brand eCommerce group. All teams together consist of more than 30 individuals and are the sister companies of Sunday Natural. As the first Senior HR Manager for our multi-brand, you’ll take on a comprehensive 360-degree HR role primarily covering the following aspects: recruiting, culture & people topics, process & guidelines, contractual work, and payroll.
- You serve as the point of contact for the entire workforce across 3 different brands
- You independently drive relevant people & culture topics forward and establish processes & structures where needed
- You take over the end-to-end recruitment process and serve as a consultant for the various teams
- You take the lead in preparing the monthly payroll in coordination with our external payroll provider
- You will manage personnel and organizational tasks, such as onboarding & offboarding, as well as liaising with health insurance companies and tax offices
- You maintain and oversee all employee data in Personio and digital personnel files, handling the creation of employment contracts, certificates, contract amendments, terminations, and monthly statistics
- You take ownership of special cases, such as visa processes, unique payroll-related cases, occupational safety matters, or workplace eyewear
