Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Checking of staff timesheet, calculation of overtime claim and transportation claim.
  • Support back up role on Payroll.
  • Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, medical claim etc)
  • Prepare and process monthly staff payroll.
  • Perform monthly CPF submission and governmental claims such as NS reservist claims, government-paid maternity leave claims, government-paid childcare leave claims etc
  • Preparation and submission of IR8A and IR21
  • Generate HR-related documents (e.g. employment letters, confirmation letter etc.)
  • Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration including new application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Assist in recruitment for new hires, onboarding and off-boarding process for resigned staff.
  • Provide support for call answering and administrative support.
  • Assist and organize welfare events for employees (eg. Annual CNY dinner, Company year-end lunch, gathering events)
  • Maintain and update employee personal files.
  • Participate in periodic government surveys.
  • Attend to employee enquiries.
