Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey with Tietoevry Banking as we prepare for potential listing in 2024? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in both local and global initiatives, driving business needs and fostering growth. As a key member of our Business HR and Development team, you’ll report to the Head of Business HR and Development Team, based in Oslo, Norway.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Global Business Units: Provide strategic and operational HR support to global business unit managers.
  • Drive HR Calendar: Take charge of our yearly HR calendar, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Lead HR Projects: Manage, drive, and support various HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and presentations to foster employee engagement and development.
  • Analyze Data: Analyze job structures, hires, leavers, and compensation and benefit topics to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights and knowledge to continuously improve our HR function and processes.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues in Banking HR to achieve common goals.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced HR Professional: Proven experience in HR, ideally in an international setting with knowledge of local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field.
  • Change Management Enthusiast: Enjoy tackling change management, transformation, and project initiatives.
  • Problem-Solver: Possess a proactive mindset to identify and solve challenges.
  • Organized: Ability to effectively plan and execute tasks and projects.
  • Responsible and Structured: Approach tasks with responsibility and maintain a structured approach to work.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Fluent in English: Strong proficiency in both written and oral English communication.
  • Sense of Humor: Appreciation for jokes and laughter, contributing to a positive work environment.
