Description:
To be successful in this role, a HR Specialist should have a strong understanding of Human Capital best practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric
- Higher Diploma or Degree qualification from a recognized institution
- VIP Payroll phase 1&2
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent knowledge of labour and safety legislation
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Capital.
- Exposure to all aspects of Human Capital
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
