About The Role:
As we continue to enhance and optimize our HRIS (Dayforce), we’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Systems Analyst to work closely with the Manager of HR Systems on executing our HR technology roadmap.
This 18-month contract offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your previous HRIS experience to lead the implementation of new modules, and identify and make recommendations for further system enhancements. You will play an important role in driving scalable process improvements, best practices, and adding value and scale for the business as we continue to grow.
You’ll seamlessly integrate our HRIS with HR processes, policies, and third-party systems, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on the defined HR Technology Roadmap by researching, configuring, and testing new Dayforce modules and other HR systems, while keeping the user experience top of mind;
  • Provide comprehensive post-implementation support for Dayforce Workforce Management;
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance of existing modules, including assessing system releases and promptly addressing system issues, errors, and updates;
  • Deliver insightful system-based analytics to HR, producing metrics and reports from HR data;
  • Coordinate and configure integrations between Dayforce and other business applications and platforms;
  • Elevate system functionality to ensure a seamless and user-friendly employee experience;
  • Administer and uphold security roles and access controls;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to HR System Analysts to foster their professional growth.

What You Bring:
We’re seeking an analytical, detail oriented Senior Analyst that can adapt based on the needs of the business. The ideal candidate is naturally inquisitive and focused on identifying efficiencies, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy building relationships and are eager to share your expertise with others.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of practical experience with HRIS system configuration and support;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and cyclical events;
  • Strong analytical skills pertaining to data, business processes, and system functionality;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
  • Advanced Excel skills: specifically Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Previous Dayforce experience, SQL and Power BI are considered assets;
  • Working knowledge of change management fundamentals.
