Description:
The HRIS Senior Analyst role will primarily support the Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud platform in Human Resources.
This position will play a critical role in the implementation, management and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (core HR) module, with an initial focus on supporting the People & Places (P&P) function required to support the Finance and Supply Chain ERP project. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HRBPs, ERP workstream leads, Finance, IT and SI partners to ensure the HRIS (and associated upstream/downstream integrations) can support the business needs, supplying the proper P&P data with a long-term strategy in mind.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering/Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
8 years professional experience within HR Technology or IT
5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS administration working as Senior Analyst
2+ years of functional experience with a focus on supporting and implementing Oracle Fusion applications.
Strong understanding of P&P processes, data analytics, and reporting requirements.
Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, resolve problems and adhere to project deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate technical issues and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in the company.
Ability to travel up to 10%, if needed.
Responsibilities:
Senior Analyst serving as expert in the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
HR Technology Lead in providing strategy, subject matter business/technical expertise, solution design, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and business owners to interpret business process requirements into systems configuration activities including build, testing, validation, and documentation of system changes.
Liaise with SI partners and IT on system enhancements and testing of new features and system upgrades.
Serve as Testing Lead of application configuration changes, including test plan/script development, test execution and training of internal HR team where applicable.
Serve as the HRIS application lead in problem resolution, including root cause analysis, scope and scale of issues, and remediation.
Identify opportunities for implementation of new features, process automation and/or efficiency improvements within the HRIS environment.
Create and maintain Oracle system/application documentation, reference guides and operational support processes and procedures.
Assist in application SOX control documentation & reviews with Internal Audit.
Perform other duties as assigned.
