JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
Profil du candidat
A university degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or related disciplines. Good people management skills. A good knowledge of HR Information Systems processes and procedures. Excellent knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSql, SAP, and PL/SQL. A background knowledge of reporting development and integration. Good knowledge of system testing and debugging. ? Exceptional MS Excel skill. Good communication skills. Good knowledge of middle tier software development tools like C#.NET, Java Good knowledge of Javascript frameworks e.g. Angular, React and CSS. Working experience in a similar position and environment.
Activités
Job Purpose To support the HR unit in conceptualization, development, and management of HR Systems with focus on the availability, confidentiality and integrity of data at all time. Job Dimensions Management and administration of HR systems. Development of HR tools and extensions to HR systems. Pilot HR Campaigns at the affiliate level.

Dynamic environment with constant changes. Need to constantly liaise with other HR teams to understand and analyze business needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure clean and high-quality data is maintained in the HR database. Follow up on implementation of personnel updates in the HR system and confirm data integrity. Approve requests of users of HR systems. Ensure all request and updates forwarded to the HRIS team are implemented. Ensure availability of the HR Systems and application at all times. Advise Users on the Business processes for daily activities.
